My mom and I got to spend Saturday morning together on the weekend. It was just lovely!! We decided to get up early and go to the Farmers market. We bought some lovely veggies, I bought myself a jar of local honey, and a loaf of stone ground olive focaccia from Red Rooster Bakery. I was inspired by the bread to make Roasted Tomato Soup.
