So I made a new framed motivation board for my workout space downstairs. I love it. I found some great pictures and stories I've kept throughout the years.
I also am really liking Kiana Tom's website with her fit mom workouts. 30 minutes of intensity workout with some super sets. I love it because it gets my heart rate up, it has my favourite workout -weights and it's ONLY 30 minutes. I can do that...no problem!!!
